Today also saw the fifth stage of the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche, also in France, where UAE Team ADQ has been competing since last Tuesday.
After 125.8 kilometres of racing from Mende to Mont Lozère, Marion Bunel (Team Visma-Lease a bike) took the win.
Fourth place in the stage went to France’s Maeva Squiban, 36 seconds behind, with Erica Magnaldi tenth, 1’10” behind.
Squiban has now dropped to third place in the overall standings, 30 seconds behind the leader with just one stage to go.
