UAE Development Team
Purpose
We are a team made up of young athletes of seven different nationalities. We believe that our diversity is an asset to best develop talent. In order to develop the future talents of world women’s cycling, we have built a large structure of professionals who, in addition to the WorldTour team, also work daily with the UAE Development Team staff to design a development path for all riders.
