A second top-10 finish in 48 hours for young Scottish rider Eilidh Shaw, who secured another 8th place in a sprint finish at the Ronde de Mouscron.
The Belgian race covered 125 kilometers, starting and finishing in Mouscron, under sunny conditions. UAE Team ADQ lined up with its Development Team, strengthened by the presence of two young WorldTour riders, Febe Jooris and Alena Ivanchenko.
Belgian rider Febe Jooris, who stepped up to the WorldTour team this season and has already shown strong consistency in support of her teammates, was once again among the protagonists. She launched a solo attack and led the race for several kilometers, showcasing her strength and determination.
In the final part of the race, the peloton regrouped, setting up a sprint finish. Magdalena Leis delivered a strong effort at the front of the bunch to position her teammate in the closing kilometers.
In the sprint, Eilidh Shaw produced another solid performance (was 8th last Sunday in NXT Classic), securing her second consecutive top-10 result and confirming her promising form.
