For the sixth time in her career, Safiya Alsayegh has secured victory in the individual time trial at the UAE National Cycling Championships.
On the 17.7-kilometer course in Sharjah, the UAE Development Team athlete defended her title with an outstanding performance, while her teammate Zahra Hussain took home the silver medal.
Next Saturday, the two girls will compete in the road race at the United Arab Emirates National Championships.
