The French rider Maeva Squiban secured third place overall at the Tour Cycliste Féminin International de l’Ardèche, after finishing third both in the sixth and final stage and in the General Classification. It was a strong performance for her and a positive effort from the whole UAE Team ADQ throughout the race.
The sixth and last stage covered 100 mountainous kilometers, starting from Beauchastel and finishing in Privas. The stage was won solo by Italian rider Monica Trinca Colonel (Liv AlUla Jayco), who crossed the line 58 seconds ahead of Évita Muzic (FDJ – SUEZ) and Maeva Squiban.
In the General Classification, Trinca Colonel also claimed overall victory with a 34-second lead over Femke de Vries (Team Visma | Lease a Bike) and 59 seconds ahead of Squiban. Erica Magnaldi (12th) and Greta Marturano (15th) both finished inside the top 15 of the GC.
