UAE Development Team continues to invest in the next generation of cycling talent, adding another rising star from Spain to its roster. Celia Torres, 18 years old, has signed a contract for the 2026 season.
Born on 10 October 2007 and originally from Madrid, Torres delivered strong performances in the Junior Women’s category throughout 2025. She won a stage and the overall classification at the Volta Osona, claimed the time trial stage at the Vuelta Cantabria, finished third overall at Bizkaioloreak, a Nations Cup event, and placed fourth in the time trial at the Spanish National Championships.
