UAE Team ADQ at the Giro d’Italia Women 2025

The second Grand Tour of the women’s cycling season is just around the corner, and UAE Team ADQ is ready to take on the Giro d’Italia Women with great enthusiasm.

Eight stages are scheduled from July 6th to July 13th, starting on Sunday with an individual time trial in the city of Bergamo. The official team presentation will take place on Saturday evening at 6:30 PM at ChorusLife, and the race will conclude inside the iconic Enzo e Dino Ferrari racetrack in Imola.

The route offers opportunities for all types of riders and features a very demanding finale. Last year’s winner and newly crowned Italian national champion Elisa Longo Borghini will lead UAE Team ADQ, which lines up a solid team built around its captain.

“The route is beautiful, quite similar to last year’s. As the week progresses, the stages will get tougher, with the final two set to decide the race. There will be many contenders fighting for the overall victory and the maglia rosa. Personally, I’m feeling in good shape and I hope to deliver a strong performance and be satisfied at the end of this Giro d’Italia. I’ve prepared well, and I’m surrounded by teammates and a team that believes in me. We’ll give our maximum effort,” said Elisa Longo Borghini.
