Canadian rider Olivia Baril was one of the revelations of the 2022 season. She took the first win of her career at the Gran Premio Ciudad de Eibar in Spain, won the young classification at the Tour de Suisse Women and came close to another victory in the second stage of the Itzulia Women. Olivia is an accomplished athlete with strong individual and team spirit skills. She grew up into sport, she played hockey, soccer, did gymnastics and dance, when she finally decided swimming was her sport for 8 years. She slowly let it go when I got involved in cycling at 16. She pursued cycling and always went to school full-time. She studied Sciences and Advanced Mathematics in college and completed her course to be an osteopath. She moved to Spain during the pandemic to pursue her dream to become a professional cyclist. She love cooking, she always try new recipes and try the healthiest foods to fuel properly.
