Today we saw a super performance by Erica Magnaldi in the fourth stage of La Vuelta Femenina, 142.3km from Molina de Aragón to Zaragoza. 

The Italian rider stayed in the group of 18 riders that formed with the echelon and arrived at the finish line with more than two minutes ahead of the first chasers. From this group in the final kilometers Kristen Faulkner (EF Education-Cannondale) escaped and went on to win the stage solo. Marianne Vos (Team Visma | Lease a Bike) is the new GC leader. 

An important day for Erica Magnaldi also for the GC, where she was able to gain valuable time on direct competitors on the climbs of the coming days. 

Karlijn Swinkels, on the other hand, keeps the QOM jersey at the end of the day that awarded no new points.
