Our rider Chiara Consonni is Olympic champion in the Madison at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games thanks to a splendid performance in tandem with Vittoria Guazzini. A race dominated by the Italian pair and a historic result. 

Beaten Great Britain (silver medal) and the Netherlands (bronze medal). 

UAE Team ADQ is proud of its athlete who realises a great personal dream, but at the same time gives great satisfaction to the entire team, which has always supported the double road/track commitment of the Italian rider. 

Another athlete from our team, Lara Gillespie, who finished in 11th place, also took part in the same race with her Ireland. 

Our athletes' experience at the Olympic Games therefore ends with a big smile and immense joy. 

Chiara Consonni is incredulous: "I cannot understand what has happened. I only knew I was going to race yesterday and now I find myself with an Olympic title. I want to thank everyone who has helped us over the years, especially the group of friends with whom we have shared these days. Elisa Balsamo who had to be the one to race and the other girls in the quartet. That fourth place left us with the desire to achieve this feat."
