The first stage of the Tour de Romandie Féminin, 133.8 kilometres from La Grande Béroche to Lausanne saw Lizzie Holden star in the breakaway and awarded as the most combative athlete of the day. Sofia Bertizzolo showed herself on the first KOM. Erica Magnaldi finished the stage in the top 20.
